Week 3: Stress and your thoughts – guest speaker
Week 4: Stress and the importance of community
Week 5: Stress and Rest – guest speaker
Week 6: Stress and Ritual/Habits
This 6 week course will give you the tools to work through stress, identify how stress is working in your body, and how to help the body repair itself in our stressed out world. You will be provided with weekly meal plans, journals, handouts, private facebook group, community support, 1 30 minute assessment, and guest speakers. My goal is to empower you to take control over your health and your stress and increase your energy and vitality to build your dream life.
